According to a 2023 survey conducted by Rakuten Insight, about 37 percent of respondents aged between 45 to 54 years stated that they intended to purchase a smart speaker, while around 41 percent of respondents aged between 16 and 24 years did not know if they would buy one. In the same survey, about 58 percent of respondents stated that they did not own a smart speaker.
