Solar photovoltaic self-consumption systems in France Q1 2017-Q4 2023
As of the end of 2023, around 440,000 solar photovoltaic installations in self-consumption were operative in France. The majority of these installations injected the electricity surplus into the power grid, with a total PV capacity in self-consumption with surplus injection of over 1.88 gigawatts.
