Sexual frequency of women in Belgium 2019
The nature of human sexuality is inherently subjective, therefore the frequency of sexual activity varies greatly. According to this survey, roughly 30 percent of the Belgian female respondents were having sexual intercourse two to three times a week in 2019. Furthermore, seven percent of respondents declared having sexual relations daily.
Sexual activity can be impacted by numerous factors such as, among many others, age or relationship status. Whilst a quarter of female respondents stated, in 2019, to have sexual relations once a week, another quarter of respondents declared having sexual relations less than once a month, at the most. Although such figures provide valuable insight into sexual behaviors in Belgium, comparisons to "standards" should be done carefully.
