For contrast, Mexico imported over 17 million U.S. dollars worth of unmanufactured tobacco, and around 156 thousand and 584 thousand U.S. dollars worth of cigars and similar, and manufactured tobacco, respectively.
That year, the total imports value reached over 66 million U.S. dollars, while the exports value surpassed 270 million U.S. dollars.
