IPSOS Premier 2019 study showed that prosperous Russians with an income above average preferred to spend money on outbound travel among other leisure activities, as stated by nearly three quarters of survey participants. The second most popular entertainment among the affluent in the country was cinema, visited by roughly one half of respondents in 2019.
