Sources of information about products in online channel in Poland 2019
In 2019, mobile applications, and social media (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) were the most important source of information on food products and their prices on the Internet channel in Poland. For clothing and footwear, customers gained knowledge from social media and the online store. Consumers most often used price comparison engines for home electronics products. For this category, the opinions of other customers were of great importance. This is the only category in which Internet forums were such an essential source of information.
