Although the trend of shopping on the Internet is present, in 2019, some people in Poland still decided to buy in stores. For all the categories, apart from food products, the most important was the necessity of personal assessment of the product. When shopping in grocery stores, important was to be able to take the goods home after the purchase. The fact that the respondent likes to shop was also an essential factor in most categories. Although receiving personal advice was not crucial in such categories as groceries, clothes, shoes, or DIY products, it was significant for 38 percent of respondents when buying consumer electronics.
