Adoption of Artificial Intelligence in e-commerce services in France 2019
The graph illustrates how ready e-commerce merchants were in adopting Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions into their businesses in France in 2019. Marginally more than half of the respondents answered that AI was something they were actively trying to implement. Almost 30 percent stated that they were starting to think about this relatively new technology, whereas 11 percent responded that they were already working on it a bit.
