As of 2019, 50 so-called "supercars" from the British luxury automaker McLaren were newly registered in South Korea. McLaren's sales in Korea are minor compared to Ferrari or Lamborghini in recent years, yet it has maintained steady sales over the past years. The top model in 2019 was the 570S, with nineteen registrations, followed by the 720S with sixteen registrations.
