In 2023, Korn Ferry recorded their largest ever revenue of approximately 2.86 billion U.S. dollars. Between 2015 and 2020, the executive recruiting and consultancy firm saw its revenue increase steadily when it reached 1.97 billion U.S. dollars in 2020. In the fiscal year ending in April 2021, however, the company recorded a decrease in revenue compared to the previous year.
