According to a survey conducted in early 2022, U.S. workers who saw their job as a way to make an impact on the world (defined by the source as "aspirationalists") registered the highest level of willingness to relocate for work regardless of the location. For instance, 63 percent of those respondents said that they would be open to a relocation to another city in their state, while more than 40 percent would also consider a relation to outside the country.
