Chocolatiers' opinion on interest in vegan chocolate in Belgium 2020
What do chocolate professionals in Belgium think about the vegan chocolate trend? Do they believe the interest in vegan chocolate will increase, remain the same or decrease? According to this survey among Belgian chocolatiers, chocolate professionals believe the interest in vegan chocolate will only increase in the nearby future. Nearly 80 percent of chocolatiers taking part in this survey stated to believe the interest in this specific type of chocolate will only grow.
