This statistic presents the perspective of British adults on the societal impact of the achievements of ParalympicsGB athletes in Great Britain.
Responses have subsequently been categorized by the age of the respondent.
When presented with two opposing statements, the largest share of respondents within each age group indicated that their opinion more closely aligned with the statement that the achievements of ParalympicsGB athletes have a positive impact on society overall. Within both the 18-34 and 55+ age groups the share of respondents that indicated as such was 83 percent, and within the 35-54 age group, 86 percent of respondents indicated as such, with the remaining share indicating that their opinion more closely aligned with the statement that the achievements of ParalympicsGB athletes have no wider social impact.
