This statistic presents the perspective of British adults on how representative ParalympicsGB athletes are of disabled people within the general population in Great Britain.Responses have subsequently been categorized by the disability status of the respondent.

When presented with two opposing statements, 61 percent of respondents with a physical disability indicated that their opinion more closely aligned with the statement that ParalympicsGB athletes are generally representative of disabled British people more widely. In comparison, the share of respondents with no disability that indicated that their opinion most closely aligned with this statement was 56 percent.
