What is the most important reason that women have not yet achieved quality with men in the Netherlands? According to respondents taking part in this Ipsos survey, this was mainly because employers are not addressing the gender pay gap. They also blamed employers for not helping women to balance work and care responsibilities. On the other hand, 20 percent of respondents believed men and women were already equal in the Netherlands.
