The respondents of the 2019 survey by IPSOS were asked to name two or three areas that had made the biggest progress in achieving gender equality over the last 25 years in Hungary. Of survey participants, 28 percent felt that over this period more women had reached senior positions in business. However, 20 percent of the respondents stated that no progress had been made in terms of gender equality in Hungary.
