According to entry polls at the 2020 Democratic Party Iowa caucuses, Bernie Sanders was the most popular candidate among voters who regularly use Twitter, with 29 percent intending to vote for him. Buttigieg led among non-Twitter users with 23 percent.
The Iowa caucuses were held on February 3, 2020, and are the first contest in the primaries for the Democratic Party to choose their candidate for the 2020 U.S. presidential election.
