One of the biggest e-commerce platforms in Poland - Empik experienced growth in multiple areas between 2018 and 2019. The number of users of the Empik app grew by 300 percent. Black Friday was a success for the company when users placed 40 percent more orders than the previous year. The share of Empik's app in Black Friday traffic increased threefold.
