Preferred payment methods in Russia in 2019
By 2019, most Russians were using cash for their daily payments. Debit cards were the second most used method of payment, as per nearly 60 percent of respondents. Contactless payments were employed by 15 percent of respondents, while six percent of the surveyed revealed having used e-wallets frequently.
