In a survey conducted in 2019, regarding the key influences for prospective students in the Asia Pacific region while seeking advice for selecting a university degree, 61 percent of respondents stated that their top influencers were their friends. Comparatively, 34 percent of the respondents in the Asia Pacific region stated their main influencers were recruitment agents in 2019.
