Large law firms' stance to alternative legal services providers in the U.S. 2016-2018

In 2018, 79 percent of large law firms in the U.S. stated that quality concerns affect their decision to utilize alternative legal services providers (ALSPs), a decline from 80 percent during the 2016 survey. In that same year, 65 percent of large law firms in the U.S. used ALSPs electronic discovery services.
