Small law firms' stance to alternative legal services providers in the U.S. 2016-2018

In 2018, 59 percent of small-sized law firms in the U.S. stated that quality concerns affect their decision to utilize alternative legal services providers (ALSPs), a decline from 67 percent during the 2016 survey. In that same year, 37 percent of small law firms in the U.S. used ALPSs for legal research activities.
