Poll: needed changes to the Russian Constitution 2019

The majority of Russians who believed in 2019 that their Constitution had to be amended suggested that it should include provisions for a better care for retired people and other vulnerable social groups and a general improvement of the country's social policy. The second most popular amendment was aimed at improving the quality of life of the Russian population.
