Opinions on problems related to environment in Italy 2020

In a survey conducted in 2020, 26.6 percent of respondents in Italy considered global warming as the most urgent problem related to the environment. Moreover, 20.7 percent of interviewees believed that waste management was a relevant issue for the protection of the environment, whereas 16.4 percent were worried about air pollution.
In a survey of 2019, 13 percent of Italian respondents stated that the government should prioritize introducing measures in defense of the environment.
