In a Danish survey from 2019, it was found that six percent of the Danish population above 15 years had neverr experienced any sexual encounters with another person. The largest share was found among respondents between 15 and 24 years of age. In detail, 28 percent of the male respondents and 24 percent of the female respondents between 15 and 24 years had never engaged in any sexual activities. Among the 25 to 34-year-olds, the share amounted to four percent of the total population.
