The annual turnover of the sporting goods sector in the different distribution channels in Italy experienced both positive and negative variations between 2017 and 2018. The data presented in the chart reveal that online sales recorded the highest variation, growing by 12 percent compared to the previous year. By contrast, the turnover of specialized stores selling sports goods decreased by 6.6 percent.
