Over one fifth of Russian employees in 2019 stated that they would increase their productivity at work if they got a salary raise of 50 percent. The second most popular answer was the raise by 100 percent and over. At the same time, 18 percent of survey respondents believed that they already worked at the limit of their capabilities.
