Important factors when ordering delivery food in the U.S. 2019
Due to a variety of new apps and delivery providers such as DoorDash, Grubhub and Uber Eats, it is easier than ever for U.S. consumers to order delivery meals. According to the survey, the most important factors to consumers when it came to delivery meals was the taste of the meal with 89.6 percent of respondents stating this. The least important factor was packaging and presentation with 55 percent.
