Leading areas for gender equality progress in South Korea 2019
In a survey on women's equality conducted by Ipsos in 2019, 44 percent of respondents in South Korea believed that women having equal access to education was one of the areas that had made most progress in terms of gender equality. Around 27 percent of respondents stated that women being represented in government and politics was another area of progress in achieving gender equality.
