According to a survey conducted by Ipsos on predictions for global issues, 61 percent of South Koreans believed it unlikely that a major natural disaster will have an impact on people in their town or city in 2020. The results of the survey showed that 51 percent of the respondents around the world thought it unlikely that there will be a major natural disaster impacting people in their town or city.
