Support for measures to curb overfishing in the Netherlands 2019
To what extent do the Dutch support measures to curb overfishing? 45 percent of respondents taking part in this Ipsos survey stated they strongly support banning stores and restaurants from selling endangered species of fish. This was slightly more than the share of survey participants who believed it was very important that the government bans subsidies to fisheries that contribute to overfishing, overcapacity and illegal fishing.
