This statistic presents the estimated monthly expenditure on products with and without gluten in Spain from 2016 to 2022. During the period under review, the estimated monthly expenditure on gluten-free products was higher than the expenditure on the same products with gluten. In that year, the estimated monthly expenditure on gluten-free products amounted to almost 114 euros, almost eight euros more than in the previous year.
