According to the 2019 Ipsos survey, around 72 percent of the surveyed adults in both South Africa and Poland strongly or tended to agree with foreign investments in new national infrastructures. On the other hand, 25 percent of the respondents in Japan did not approve of foreign investments in new infrastructure even if it meant better quality.
