In 2019, 63 percent of companies were supported by specialists from external companies during the migration, implementation, and maintenance of systems in the public cloud in Poland. Thirty-seven percent of companies entrusted this function to their employees.

The survey was carried out with the use of computer-assisted telephone interviews surveys (CATI) and computer-assisted web interviews (CAWI). The survey involved 39% of large companies and corporations, 29% of medium-sized companies, and 32% of small businesses.
