In 2019, Petrobras' domestic oil products output amounted to approximately 1.78 million barrels per day, slightly up from 1.77 million barrels per day produced in the previous year. The company's oil products output had been continuously decreasing since 2014. In addition to a decrease in the company's crude oil production, this reduction in output is also related to a lower demand in the domestic market, and the company's continuous loss in market share in the distribution segment.
