In a survey conducted in 2021 by Ipsos, regarding the level of satisfaction for infrastructure in selected countries across the Asia-Pacific region, 77 percent of respondents in China stated that they were very or fairly satisfied with the national infrastructure. In comparison, 45 percent of respondents in Malaysia stated that they were either very or fairly satisfied with Malaysian national infrastructure in the same survey.
