ROPO effect when purchasing apparel and footwear in Poland 2024
In 2024, every third respondent in Poland searched for information about a product online before buying clothes or shoes in a traditional store (ROPO effect). Nearly every second consumer did not check the above products in conventional shops before buying them online (reversed ROPO).
