Prefectures with high spending power on fashion in Japan 2019
According to a survey conducted in November 2019 among locals of the 47 prefectures in Japan, about 26 percent of residents in Saga were willing to spend more money on clothing and accessories. The survey results revealed that the majority of Japanese residents were not willing to invest money into fashion, with locals in Ibaraki being the most reluctant.
