Value of selected eSports teams in Italy 2019
In 2019, it was estimated that the value of the Italian eSports team Mkers amounted to three million euros. Moreover, the team Qlash registered the same value in the selected year. As of 2020, Mkers competed in several video games, including Fifa, Rainbow Six: Siege, and Tennis World Tour. Similarly, Qlash covered 17 video games' titles in 2020, like Call of Duty, Fifa, Pes, Tekken, and Clash Royale. The term eSports, also known as Esports, refers to video gaming competitions, normally played by professional gamers during national or international tournaments and events.
