In 2018, 30 percent of GCE ‘A’ level & IB diploma students and graduates indicated their expected starting salary to be in the range of 3,001 to 3,500 Singapore dollars. In comparison to the polytechnic students, the GCE ‘A’ level & IB Diploma students and graduates, who would potentially commence university studies after their graduation, expected a higher starting salary.
