Reasons for French people not to use teleconsultations 2020
The statistic represents the reasons why French people would not consider a remote consultation in 2020. Among the various pitfalls encountered with teleconsultation, the absence of direct contact with a doctor was the most dominant one, mentioned by half of the respondents. The need to have direct contact with the practitioner was the second reason that was cited as most dissuading (36 percent).
