The share of fixed broadband subscribers in Russia using the internet with a speed ranging from 100 Mbps to less than one Gbps exceeded 58 percent at the end of 2023. An annual decrease was recorded for most other categories. For example, around six percent of fixed broadband users had a connection speed of two to less than ten Mbps, compared to approximately seven percent in the previous year.
