Medicare Part D coverage gap cost-sharing for brand and generic drugs 2019

This graph depicts cost-sharing for generic and brand name drugs (including biologics) in the Medicare Part D coverage gap in the U.S. in 2019. During this year, those enrolled in Medicare Part D had a 25 percent co-payment for brand name drugs and biologics in the coverage gap, compared to 37 percent for generic drugs.
