59 percent of consumers in Poland in 2019, it was important or very important to get acquainted with the composition of the cosmetic. This issue was more often pointed out by women than men (62 percent vs. 51 percent). Women, more often than men, were willing to pay more for a cosmetic made of natural ingredients (58 percent vs. 51 percent for men) and were also much more likely to consult friends or look for additional information before deciding to buy a new, previously unknown cosmetic product (55 percent vs. 41 percent among men).
