The American chains McDonald's and KFC were the most recognized fast food brands in main Latin American countries, according to a survey conducted in 2023. The chain with the highest recognition was McDonald's in Ecuador, as nearly 77 percent of respondents in that country said that they had seen advertising of this brand in the previous two weeks prior to the survey.
