The level of trust in TV news varies from country to country in the EU, according to a 2018 survey. Around two thirds of the EU28 tended to trust or totally trust news on the television, but in some countries levels of trust were lower; in Greece for example, it was 40 percent. And in Finland 90 percent said they trusted TV as a news source.
