There was a clear correlation between luxury goods purchase and press literacy in Poland in 2017. Thirty-seven percent of consumers who purchased from at least three luxury categories were readers of ten or more press titles, compared to only four percent of consumers who did not buy any luxury products. Wealthy consumers were also likely to spend more daily time reading the press.
