Chicken restaurant chain Popeyes added a new chicken sandwich to their menu in August 2019. Less than a month after it was launched, the chicken sandwich had sold out. According to the source, as of September 2019, 24 percent of visitors coming from a small household (with only one child) bought Popeyes' chicken sandwich when it was launched in the market. In contrast, four percent of respondents coming from households of seven or more children bought Popeyes' chicken sandwich.
