Stock up on food and drinks is one of the top methods to save money on food in Canada according to a survey carried out in November 2022 - some 62 percent of respondents planned to stock up on food and drinks when they go on sale in order to spend less on food in 2022. Using flyers and coupons and looking for discounts in grocery stores were other popular methods for cutting back on spending.
