With over 320 thousand accidents, valid driver's license holders were the major accident causing agents in 2022. In that year there was around nine percent of accidents caused by drivers without a valid license. The southeast Asian country had the highest road accident deaths among 199 countries and accounted for around 11 percent of accident related deaths caused around the world.
